David Clarkin

David has a Diploma of Construction from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia and has been a licensed builder in New South Wales.

Moving to Vietnam in 1992 David developed several Vietnams earliest buildings including the PDD Office and the Metropolitan. Moving back to Australia in 1996, David established East Asia Property Group which undertook multiple developments in Sydney and Melbourne including; Billyard Apartments, Peninsula Balmain, Aurora Place (in joint venture with Lend Lease & Mirvac), Watermark apartments Melbourne and Binary Centre.

David returned to Vietnam in 2004 establishing REFICO and went on to develop City Garden apartments, Centerpoint, Sanctuary Resort Ho Tram, President Place, HOLM Residences through REFICO and more recently Sapphire Vietnam.

David has an enviable development track record and is an expert in navigating the challenging regulatory frameworks.

Andrew Homan

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws with honours from Bond University, Australia and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.

For the past 30 years Andrew has focused on investing throughout Asia and has been involved in the development of numerous projects in the media, education, telecommunications, food and beverage and manufacturing sectors, from inception through to exit.

Andrew’s real estate experience includes managing an investment fund with investments in commercial and industrial real estate. Andrew has a strong background in providing structured and mezzanine financings across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

Andrew sits on several boards of companies that are leaders in the hospitality/tourism, real estate, media, technology and legal sectors.
Andrew brings this experience to the project and is responsible for oversight of the Golden Visa operations, project legal requirements, compliance, and operations.

Ana Araujo

With over 30 years management experience in consultancy companies such as Accenture, Capgemini and TOTVS acting as senior executive bringing innovations and implementing cutting edge solutions to achieve the business goals and client’s expectations.

Experience in leading multi-functional and multi-cultural teams through projects and operations for various business segments in Brazil and abroad, always being recognized as a great team player that works with the team to build a result- oriented practice.

Degree in Physics at Mackenzie University, post-graduate in Marketing at ESPM and MBA at INSPER (Brazil).

Jim Cawood

Jim has more than 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. After training under the late, great Len Evans O.B.E. as a sommelier Jim worked in top restaurants such Catalina Rose Bay (Sydney, Australia) and Restaurant Peacock Alley (Dublin, Ireland) for 10 years.  After 2 seasons making wine at Bodegas Castaño in Spain, Jim founded VINO in 2005. As an importer, distributor and retailer of premium wines with a strong focus on Australia and Spain, VINO became one of Vietnam’s leading wine businesses.

In 2015 he closed the wine business to focus on his restaurant Lubu. An institution in Saigon, Lubu is one of the city’s best restaurants with modern Mediterranean cuisine and one of the city’s best wine lists.

An oracle of gastronomy Jim brings a passion for food & wine along with desire to provide genuine hospitality.

Henry Clarkin

Henry holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance where he studies in Australia before returning to Vietnam. Henry comes from a diverse background which gives him a deep insight into Western and Asian practises.

With experience in property research and consulting, he joins the team to help oversee the financial management of the company as well as looking after investor relations while also helping manage company operations.

Arrigo Araujo

Arrigo has studied Audiovisual at the University of São Paulo in Brazil, and ever since 2005 has been working with communication and content creation for TV, film and the internet. Always up to date with the latest trends and technologies, he has worked with content development for some of the biggest players in Brazil, like Globo, UOL, Netflix and HBO. Nowadays, when content has crossed the boundaries of television and cinemas, Arrigo believes every business and every project can largely benefit from having its own content and an open channel to communicate with both the clients and the community around it.
