Meet Ode, Immerso’s first development in Portugal

It has been over a year since we started developing Ode Winery and Ode Farm and Living.
The year saw a lot of hard work bringing in the first harvest and creating our first vintage under the Ode label, all the while working on the development of our 5-star lifestyle resort.
Our winemaking team are now getting ready to release the 2022 vintage of Ode wines. Our white wines have excellent freshness and persistent acidity, while the reds deliver subtle and well structured flavours. Keep an eye out for our Semillion and Viognier, two whites that are really out of this world.
At Ode Farm and Living we have been focused on developing our design concepts with the values of sustainability and immersiveness amongst nature in mind. Meanwhile, our team at the farm have been building a greenhouse, applying syntropic and organic farming concepts to our land and welcoming over eleven lambs (so far!) to the farm. When ready our farm will produce a true “farm-to-table” experience for our guests.
In 2023 we can expect an even busier year as the wheels of the project start to turn.
In March our cellar door and restaurant will open. We will showcase the flavours of Japan and Portugal cuisine in a unique environment to taste our wines. Our Japanese chef, Chef Kaz, will arrive from Japan and will become a permanent fixture in the area.
Meanwhile our event halls will be open for private functions from April and we will be hosting our own wine themed events. Guests will also be able to visit the farm from August, when we host our harvest events for the 2023 vintage. Keep an eye out for these if you are in Portugal.
We hope to welcome you to Ode.
